xc99 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the xc99 platform and all associated services. xc99 operates an online gaming and betting platform for Bangladeshi users. By visiting or registering on the website xc99.cam you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Definitions

• "Platform" — The xc99 website, mobile interface and all associated digital services.

Identity Verification (KYC)

After registration or before a significant withdrawal, xc99 may request a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport or driving licence) and proof of address to verify your identity. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

Password and Security

Updating Account Information

Inactive Accounts

An account may be declared inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. Funds in an inactive account will be kept safe and can be returned after identity verification.

Deposit Conditions

General Bonus Rules

General Gaming Rules

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Each game has its own rules — you are advised to read them before starting a game.
• If the outcome of a game remains undetermined due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection, if a bet has already been placed, the outcome will apply in accordance with the game rules.

Sports Betting

• Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football (FIFA), kabaddi and other sports.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded or settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, notify our support team within 48 hours. After investigation, xc99's decision will be considered final.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Hacking the platform's software or introducing viruses or malware.
• Accessing another user's account without permission.
• Using arbitrage betting or other abusive strategies.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving indecently towards xc99 staff or other players.
• Operating an account under a false identity or on behalf of someone else.

Closure by the User

xc99 may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus funds in the account will be forfeited. Any valid balance will be returned after verification.
